Room in a flat on London Bridge

Hey, I’m going for a holiday for a month October and decided to rent out my room. The room itself is not big but has a double bed. To be honest the location of the flat compensates the size of the room haha. The flat has 2 levels: bathroom, toilet and bedrooms on the 2nd floor, living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor. There’s a small balcony.
The current flatmates are 2 professional girls in late twenties, mainly work from the offices. Vegetarians preferred. No smokers please.

London Bridge station is 7 min walking and the area is really nice. Despite lots of pubs/restaurants nearby, it’s really quiet here.
