I am looking for my replacement after 2-years in this beautiful location and spacious room!

This is a double-room with space for a big sized desk and storage space.
The room is facing the Tabard gardens, and you'll have a view on the trees and sun/light during the whole year. Tabard Gardens is a local park which is quiet but used by locals for picnic/reading/sports and is just downstairs.

The flat is 5-min from Borough station, 10-min from London Bridge station. Although in a very central area, the streets surrounding us are very quiet, and we live in a residential area. You will be close to local cafes and restaurants too, 10-minutes away from Bermondsey street.

There is two other professionals, Portuguese and Australian girls in their 30s who have a room upstairs (yours will be quite separated). There is also a kitchen, living room, separate toilet and bathroom to share. Plenty of storage available.
