2 bed flat - Bermondsey St - shortlet

We're renting our lovely Bermondsey Street flat short-term, preferably for 3 months starting in November.

It's a light 2 bed ground floor flat, 1 min walk from trendy Bermondsey Street. It's recently refurbished so everything is new and working.

Both rooms are double bedrooms and we can discuss which furniture stays.

Bills will be included for a further £200/month incl. water, heating, electricity, council tax, internet and TV.

It's been a lovely family home for us, but we are moving to a bigger house since our family is growing. The flat is on the market but we're not sure how long it will take to sell, we anticipate about 3 months but it could be longer so a flexible tenant would be ideal.
