I’m looking to rent out my room in my home on a short term basis while I travel for work over the next few months.

It’s very much a home and was designed to be calming oasis despite being in the centre of London. The room has large windows that face North and West meaning lots of natural light and beautiful sun. The room can be rented out ready to go for a short or longer stay.

Key details:
- Rent: £350 per week for less than 4 weeks, less for more than 4 weeks
- Bills included (WiFi, gas, electric, water, council tax, fortnightly cleaning, Netflix)
- Available: 16th November 2025
- Vegetarians/vegans only
- Monday to Friday lets considered

Looking for:
- Someone vegetarian/vegan (dealbreaker)
- Someone clean, tidy, mature and respectful
- Suitable for short lets
