Hello,

I am Caroline, I am French, I am 25 years old and I am leaving the apartment.
The move-in date is January 1st but I am flexible.

The apartment is perfectly located, 10/12min walk from London Bridge station and 5-10min walk from Tower Bridge. Location in maps: SE1.

The room is big with a queen size bed, a large desk and a chair, a drawer in the wall and two cabinets.

The room is secured with a locker.

The apartment:

- 1 bathroom (with a bathtub)
- 1 kitchen with all appliances: oven, stove, microwaves, pan, pot, cutlery, plate, cooking stuffs, etc.
- 3 rooms

There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Flatmates are all working and often work from home. Men and women from different nationalities. You are more than welcome to come to visit and meet them!

The rent is £ 1 148 and more or less £ 30/40 bills (gas, electricity).

Deposit: £ 1 320.58
