I am Caroline, I am French, I am 25 years old and I am leaving my room. This is not a sublet, you will sign the contract with the agency.

The room is available as soon as possible, I am flexible. (November 1st, November 15th, December 1st…)

The apartment is perfectly located, 10/12min walk from London Bridge station and 5-10min walk from Tower Bridge. Location in maps: SE1.

The room is big with a queen size bed, a large desk and a chair, a drawer in the wall and two cabinets.

The room is secured with a locker.

The apartment:

- 1 bathroom (with a bathtub)
- 1 kitchen with all appliances: oven, stove, microwaves, pan, pot, cutlery, plate, cooking stuffs, etc.
- 3 rooms

There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Flatmates are all working and often work from home. Men and women from different nationalities.

The rent is £ 1 148 and more or less £ 30/40 bills (gas, electricity).

Deposit: £ 1 320.58
