Hi everyone, me (1f) and my two flatmates (2m) are looking for a fourth for our modern and clean flat in London Bridge! We have a lovely south facing room with 2 double glazed windows available. The flat has 2 bathrooms, a storage room and living area/kitchen.

The price is not inclusive of bills and council tax (band B). We all have individual guarantors and are looking for someone with a guarantor as well. The deposit per person is £1454.

We are not fussy about who we live with but would prefer to find a friend rather than just a flatmate and hang out w as well! We are all recent grads and have varied hobbies like tennis, running, photography, cooking, art and more! We like exploring the city, going for a drink, and a fun night in or out.
