Big room w/own bathroom in huge flat on the Thames

Big 1300sqft flat, 2bd 3bathrooms, whilst room is not an ensuite it does have its own bathroom, pics included.
Great location 10seconds to borough market, less than a minute to ldn bridge station and awesome views of the Thames.

Current flatmate moving out, move in date would be 9th November approximately but can be flexible if needed. Not in a rush, would like to find the right person

You'd be sharing the flat with me, Jake, I'm a private chef and travel alot for work so sometimes you'd have the place to yourself for weeks at a time.
Very easygoing and social but also tidy. Always keen to have friends over for drinks/dinner but equally enjoy the peace and quiet!

Tonnes of great restaurants and bars nearby and also a fitness first and a third space just around the corner, there's currently construction next to the building which is due to finish relatively soon but if you work from home alot it may not be ideal.

The room will have a bed in it, and I can either remove or leave the desk there, up to you!
