Big 1300sqft flat, 2bd 3bathrooms, whilst room is not an ensuite it does have its own bathroom, pics included.
Great location 10seconds to borough market, less than a minute to ldn bridge station and awesome views of the Thames.

Current flatmate moving out, Not in a rush, would like to find the right person.

You'd be sharing the flat with me, Jake, I'm a private chef and travel alot for work so sometimes you'd have the place to yourself for weeks at a time.
Very easygoing and social but also tidy. Always keen to have friends over for drinks/dinner but Def like to keep the afters elsewhere so to speak

Tonnes of great restaurants and bars nearby and also a fitness first and a third space just around the corner, there's currently construction next to the building which is due to finish soon but if you work from home alot it may not be ideal.

will consider short term starting immediately also, and can be flexible up till January on the move in date.
