Looking for female housemate to move in from 27 November 2025:

Spacious bedroom available in SE1 for £1110 per month, not including bills (roughly £110 per month for council tax, utilities, cleaner and wifi) and once off £50 reference check. Located in a very convenient area with a 2 minute walk to the London Bridge National Railway Station, 5 minute walk to the London Bridge Underground and plenty of bus options nearby. Bermondsey Street is just around the corner as well and has lots of options for restaurants, cafes and bars.

The house is fully furnished (by current housemates and landlord) and has an open living and kitchen area. Heating is also available. The furnished bedroom is spacious and comes with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, bedside table, coat rack and desk. A lot of natural light comes in during the day and there’s also access to the flat balcony.

You’ll be sharing with 3 young professionals in their early 30s, 1 couple (F/M) and 1 individual (M). There are 2 bathrooms; 1 ensuite shared by the couple and 1 shared between you and the other housemate. We have a cleaner that comes every 4 weeks and a cleaning roster to tidy up in between.
I’m moving as it’s time for me to go home, but I’m so sad to be leaving this house! My housemates are great and we have a good balance of spending time together (including travelling) whilst also doing our own thing. It’d be great to have someone who is compatible with this dynamic and shares similar interests. No couples, students or smokers, sorry!

A bit about the housemates
Anth👨‍🍳: loves to cook and climb, and loves a hike. He also claims he can split the G 4 out of 5 times, so you should test him😄
Debbie🤸‍♀️: loves Reformer Pilates, sunny holidays, fries and karaoke. She’s always down for a wine & yap 🍷
Ishan🤾: enjoys watching F1, playing volleyball, and catching up with friends over coffee, beers, or at live gigs 🎶
