👋 We’re a couple with a beautiful apartment in a private Mews just off Bermondsey Street — Zone 1, only 10 minutes from London Bridge. Think peaceful street, incredible food, and great coffee right on your doorstep.

🏠 We’re renting the room Monday to Friday for £1000/month (bills included) — perfect for a professional who wants a high-end, comfortable retreat in the city during the week. The room is available from January 9th 2026.

💬 Our current lovely housemate is leaving London, and we’re genuinely sad to see him go — you’re welcome to chat with him for a reference on what it’s been like living here with us.

✨ The apartment spans over 1200 sq ft across two floors and feels more like a house than an apartment, with two showers and two toilets. It’s fully furnished with everything you need: washing machine, tumble dryer, underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a huge sofa, and a 55-inch TV.

🛏️ Your bedroom has a super-king bed (described by our current housemate as “sleeping in a cloud”) plus a wall-mounted TV with all major streaming services — your own private retreat.

💪 There’s a gym opposite (Milo and the Bull) and the best coffee shop on the corner, yet the mews itself is wonderfully quiet.

🍷 Perfect for foodies, Bermondsey Street is home to some of London’s best restaurants — Flour & Grape, Casse-Croûte, and José’s, with over ten restaurants, wine bars, art galleries, and independent shops along the street.

🐾 You’ll be sharing with us and our fluffy Newfoundland dog, Bertie — a gentle giant and complete couch potato. Dog lovers only.

💻 I run my own business from home, so we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t primarily WFH.
