Double room London Bridge 20th December

Hi everyone ! I’m sadly moving out of my flat in London Bridge (3 mins from station), so my room is available from 20th December (could be a few days earlier if needed).

The room is furnished, with a king bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The flat is spacious, split over three levels with a large kitchen and separate lounge/dining room, with a 6 seat dining table. The flat also has 2 roof terraces with seats and a great view!

Rent is £1350 (not including bills). The deposit is £1538 (50% to be paid to secure the room and 50% on the day you move in). The tenancy is until March 2027 so rent is fixed until then!

You’ll be sharing the flat with Anushka (29) and Khalifa (23), both lovely girls working in finance. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with Khalifa. The flat has a warm and relaxed vibe, and the location is perfect for those working in the city/Canary Wharf.

The girls are looking for another female working professional between the ages of 23-30 (no students sorry!). You must be earning £35K to pass referencing checks and have the right to rent in the UK.
