Looking for a chill flatmate to join a long-term set of tenants. Amazing location, huge room, great room rate - what's not to love?

Living with a couple (Kiwi/Brit) + a Sicilian.

We are all young professionals working full-time - a mixture of WFH and in-office.

Flat has two bathrooms, you'd be sharing with one other.

Property is managed by a private landlord who is lovely and always responsive.

Flat has a nicely sized kitchen, lovely shared living room and even a small balcony.

Flat is above a pub, but you never hear any noise as it's a couple of floors above. It's a very quiet, peaceful room.

Looking for someone friendly, laid-back and considerate. We like to keep the house tidy and have a cleaner fortnightly.

Room comes with all furniture except for the desk and the large standing mirror.
