Friendly 3-bed flat - Great location, great price

Hiya! We are looking for a third flatmate for our three-bed flat on the ground floor. It’s in an excellent location: both London Bridge and Borough station are only 10 minutes-walk away. There’s plenty of gorgeous sites and interesting shops within walking distance. Tower Bridge is right round the corner!

It's competitively-priced with a good amount of floor space. There are currently a few spots where the paint has rubbed off, but the landlord is attending to this within the next two weeks.

As for your flatmates, there’s Ash (25), a librarian in Tower Hamlets, and Nolan (31), who works various roles for Kings College SU. We’re both friendly, non-binary nerds; Ash is on the bookish side while Nolan can list off nearly every Sondheim musical (and sing a few of the songs too). Both of us are chill and sociable. We try to make time in our busy schedules for flat nights, and are regulars at our local pub quiz.

The bill breakdown is as follows:

Council tax: ~£55 per month (Band C)
Electricity and gas: ~£50 per month
Water: £20 per month

Expect to pay between £110-£130 in total for bills depending on our electricity usage.
