The room has a nice view onto a park and gets evening sunlight. Comes with new bed and wardrobe.
The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need with new washing machine and boiler. There is also lounge room off the kitchen which will have a new couch. The flat has a bit of character and isn’t brand new, but it’s comfortable and we look after it. We have quite a few plants in the flat that help to make it feel bright and homey.
Location is great! Only 5 mins walk from London Bridge station. With Bermondsey street that is full of cafes and restaurants right outside our door. The area is great in summer as is it an easy walk to a lot of central London. Great value for the area.
There are 3 rooms in the flat and I am the one staying in the third room. I’m Australian but have lived in London for over a decade now. I work Monday to Friday and work from home 1-2 days a week. I have lived in this flat for 7 years now and love it here. Prefer someone in their 30s but not a deal breaker.
We have a second girl moving into the other bedroom early March. She’s lovely and chatty.
Ideally I would like people that are clean, kind and respectful of living with others. They also have some experience with sharing. Comfortable and calm during the week. Also best suited to someone who works in an office at least part of the week. It would be nice to live with people who are friendly and social and not just sharing the flat.
We would ideally like to start viewing asap.
