En-suite double debroom in a russian-speaking flat

Room available (with a private bathroom)! I'm moving out of my 2bd two-storey lair near London Bridge and looking for a replacement tenant!

Currently looking for a Russian-speaking flatmate (preference of the current flatmate who stays).

The essentials:

- 10 min from London Bridge, 10 min from Tower Bridge — central as it gets
- 2 floors, upstairs there's a massive bright living room, downstairs 2 bedrooms
- Each room has its own shower/bathroom
- My room's bathroom is through a short corridor, but hey, it's an actual bathtub, not just a shower!
- Pretty spacious room — I even fit a desk AND a piano in there
- Dishwasher and a washer-dryer combo
- Bike storage available
- Top-tier internet from Hyperoptic
- There's a concierge, though I only ever see them on weekdays during office hours
- On the downside, the fridge is small (but surprise — there's a separate, fairly large freezer). That said, me and my flatmate managed just fine
- The room comes with a bed and a wardrobe. I can leave the desk too if we agree on it.
- You'd be living with Dmitrii. Chill, easy-going guy. PM in an IT company. You can game together on the console or kick a ball around :)
- Open to both guys and girls moving in

Price: £1,350 + bills (around 200), going up to £1,400 + bills from end of May

Move-in date: Sometime in April. I'm pretty flexible on this.
