Double bedroom / private bathroom in London Bridge

I am looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of the lovely flat I am currently renting situated 100m from Tower Bridge!🌷✨

About the flat:

Rent: £1550 (water included)
Bills: c. £170 - £200 (for electricity, WiFi and council tax)

It is a two bedroom, two bathroom duplex warehouse conversion across two storeys.

The available bedroom is on the upper floor. You would have your own bathroom right next door to the bedroom (neither bedroom is an en suite but both have own private bathrooms with showers).

There is plenty of storage in the bedroom with large built in double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The bedroom was furnished with the chest of drawers. I bought the bed frame (king size) which I’m very happy to be used but you will need to buy your own mattress.

The other furniture does not come with the room, however, if you would like the couch it can stay.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of the building, which has a lift. It has a large open plan living and kitchen space on the upper floor with a large covered balcony that has great views of the Shard.

The flat came mostly unfurnished so most of the furniture is mine except for the couch in the living room and some other pieces.

The desk in the living room will be moved to my bedroom.

I am very open to moving things around in the communal areas as want it to feel like your home as well.

The apartment building has a concierge working from 7am - 7pm all week.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to London Bridge station and about the same to Tower Hill station so easy access to Northern, Jubilee, Circle and District lines as well as overground trains. You can also walk into the City over Tower Bridge in 20-25 minutes.

It is near Bermondsey high street which is great for pubs, wine bars and restaurants! It’s also near Borough market. The area is very friendly and safe!

About me:

I am a 27 year old lawyer. I am originally from Scotland but have lived in London for 6 years. I usually am in the office 4 days per week (I wfh on Fridays and have my desk in my bedroom).

I enjoy spending time with friends, going to the gym/running, and going to concerts/music events. I am happy to get to know each other and become friends e. g. going to the pub etc! I also very much appreciate personal space and doing our own separate things as well😌

I am clean/tidy, and keep the flat in good order!
