Quiet en-suite double room near borough station

I'm moving abroad for a new job and am looking for someone to take over my contract. The room is a large, quiet and sunny room looking out into a shared park/courtyard in a period building. It has a spacious ensuite bathroom, comes furnished with a king size bed and great, respectful flatmates. We're looking for someone who really fits well into the existing flat share.

My contract initially runs til August but there will be the option to extend it.

The pictures are from when I moved in. Since then the landlord has replaced both windows (better insulation) and I've replaced the bed and mattress (they will stay in the room but you benefit from a high quality mattress that is still in great shape).

The flat also benefits from a nice lounge and shared kitchen as well as access to the communal garden.

Bills are additional and come to around 100-150/ month depending on season.
