Huge double available in London Bridge

Our wonderful flatmates are moving to Lemington Spa so we have a double room available from mid June.

Were Looking for a couple (or individual) to take over a huge double room, unfurnished (although current tenants might be wanting to sell some furniture on).

Location is London Bridge, only an 8 minute walk to the station, a plethora of bars and restaurants basically on the doorstep and obviously amazing connections to most of London.

Rent is £1647/month and bills between 4 currently come to around £115. Deposit £1200.

Accessibility, there is one step onto the property (ground floor flat). There is a gate before a short gravel path. We have a doorbell (no ring camera or buzzer)

Current flatmates

You will be living with Charlotte (32 she/her) a SEND teaching assistant and Milan (31 she/her) an art psychotherapist. I am out all week for work and Milan works from home 2 days a week.

We're a friendly, chilled pair but do enjoy hanging out together in the flat some evenings. There is no pressure to be sociable all the time (we are frequently very tired after work!) but we would ideally like to find people who would also like to spend some time together. We're not a party flat but friends are welcome. We keep a fairly clean flat and prioritise respect of each other.

We'd be looking for people 28+ who are friendly, respectful and share our core values.
