A furnished double room is available in a clean and friendly 4-bedroom flat in SE1 3RG, just a 5-minute walk from London Bridge Station.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and three floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, so there is plenty of storage. There are 2 shared bathrooms shared between only 3 of the rooms as the 4th room is an En-suite.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, with the other 3 rooms currently occupied by:

Bedroom 1: 24-year-old working in IT within investment banking. Into the gym, F1 and travelling.
Bedroom 2: 26-year-old working in re-insurance. Into running, the gym and the pub.
Bedroom 3: 24-year-old working in radiology. Into long walks, trying new restaurants and baking.

We’re looking for another working professional, ideally aged 23–28, who would fit well with the flat.

The vibe is relaxed, respectful and sociable. Everyone does their own thing, but we all get along well. We generally keep weeknights quiet as everyone is working, although the occasional late night is completely fine. Weekends are more social, and we like to have fun.
