Bright double room 5 mins to London Bridge

Hello! We're looking for a 3rd flatmate to join our flat in London Bridge, conveniently located a 5 minute walk from London Bridge station.

Available from 1 September, the room is cozy and bright and comes partially furnished. There is a double bed with storage space below and a closet. We have a desk & chest of drawers available to buy as well.

The flat is split on two levels, with the living room and kitchen on the lower floor and bedrooms on the upper level accessed via stairs. The living room is a big plus - two large couches, a shelf we keep stocked with books, projector for movie nights or World Cup games!

About us: we're 28 and 29 year old women (one working professional and one PhD student). We love this flat and do our best to keep it clean and homey. We prefer a balance of chill time (reading, movies, arts & crafts) and social outings. We occasionally host meals and gatherings so we’d like to find someone who is comfortable with that! There are two cute parks nearby, as well as a variety of cafes and restaurants, and the place is very accessible via public transport.

We will be offering viewings from 21-26 July. If interested, please tell us a bit about you and your availability during that week for a flat visit.

Deposit is £1115.38.
Bills (gas, electricity, water) amount to about £150/month and wifi about £24/month, which are split equally.
