Hi! Our friend is moving to countries and we’re looking for a cool new flatmate! I’ve lived in the building for a few years and it is calm, comfortable, and very well located.

💷 Costs and Stay
Rent is £1,115 excluding bills. Bills can be expected to be around £80 – £120 depending on the month (including council tax, internet, and electricity)

I’m 27-year-old Canadian working in finance and the other flatmate is a 28 year old in finance as well. Mostly busy during the week, clean, considerate, and very easy to live with. Non-smokers. Always happy to chat, share dinners, go for walks, hang out, or go to a pub. Also appreciate our own time too.
One of us is vegetarian and we both don’t eat beef or pork. Would be preferred this way but we’re not picky – so long as we’re all clean and respectful of the kitchen / shared spaces!
