I’ve found an absolutely gorgeous flat on Bermondsey Street and I'm looking for a single professional or a couple to buddy up and secure it with me.
The Flat & Rent:
The total rent for the flat is £2800 per month. You would be taking the beautiful en-suite room, and I will be taking the non-ensuite room, so the rent split will reflect that (I'll be paying a bit less!). Singles or couples are more than welcome if you are a couple/friends, it would just be an extra £150-£200 on top for the share of the space and bills. Message me for more information.
The Location:
Bermondsey Street is honestly one of the most underrated spots in London. It has an incredible, peaceful, community-based vibe with a really low crime rate and safe atmosphere. London Bridge is right at the end of the street, making commuting a breeze. We’d be surrounded by fantastic gardens, cafes, restaurants, beer gardens, and even a tennis park right on our doorstep!
About me:
I’m Akash, 28. I work full-time as a marketing manager at a private medical clinic on Harley Street. I am a very sociable, easygoing guy who loves connecting with people. I absolutely love hosting the occasional games night, karaoke, or casual dinner I love cooking and you'll be often treated with good food,, so you can expect some great food around the flat!
I am also incredibly active. I’m currently training for the London Half Marathon, getting my yoga & massage trainer certification, cycling around the city, and learning tennis (so that nearby tennis park will definitely be put to good use!).
I am very clean, tidy, and a non-smoker. While I love a sociable, homely vibe, I also deeply respect personal space and downtime. I actually have several trips planned for the end of this year and next year, so you will frequently have the flat entirely to yourself to relax!
My current lease wraps up towards the end of August, so I am looking to move between the 21st and 28th of August.
