I'm looking for a friendly female flatmate to share my two-bedroom flat from 21 September. I'm the existing tenant and have really enjoyed living here, so I'm hoping to find someone who's looking for a comfortable, long-term home and values a clean, relaxed living environment.

-Minimum stay: 6 months (12+ months preferred)

References, proof of right to rent in the UK and deposit will be required before moving in.

The room is a bright, east-facing double with lots of natural light throughout the day. It's fully furnished and comes with a desk, a large wardrobe and shelving.

The flat is well looked after and has a spacious kitchen with a dining table, a large bathroom with both a bath and shower, and no separate living room. The kitchen has a washer and dryer and full size fridge freezer.

The location has excellent transport links and perfect if you love central London Living:

Around 5–6 minutes' walk to London Bridge and Borough
Bus stops (21, 35, 133, etc.) just 4 minutes away
3 mins walk from Borough Market with fantastic cafés, restaurants and bars
Close to Tesco, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer

I enjoy travelling, yoga and trying new coffee spots around London. I'm fairly independent, keep the flat tidy and appreciate having a home that's comfortable and easy to live in.

I'm hoping to find someone who's in full-time work (office-based or working from home no more than a few days a week), considerate, clean and looking for a long-term home. Friends are always welcome to visit, and occasional overnight guests are absolutely fine. Unfortunately, the room isn't suitable for couples or pets.
