Rent is £1,115 excluding bills. Bills can be expected to be around £80-£120 depending on the month (including council tax, internet, and electricity). Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

The other 2 flatmates are 2 guys working in finance. Mostly busy during the week, clean, considerate, and very easy to live with. Non-smokers. They’re always happy to chat, share dinners, go for walks, hang out, or go to a pub.
