Large Ensuite Room in Bermondsey St Flat, 3-12mths

Have a look at the pictures of the flat- high ceilings; extremely large living and kitchen area (flat is approx 2200 sq ft), big windows; wonderful features and character; lovely terrace to enjoy the sunshine. It's a beautiful, special place to be coming home to every day with lots of space and privacy.

The room for rent is very large and has it's own bathroom (with shower & bath), also very large. It has a large picture window and comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers and arm chair. It is the only room on this floor of the flat and therefore has lots of privacy. It's quiet, no noise at night.

In addition the location is fantastic. There is a park right outside. V close to London bridge tube station. The flat is on Bermondsey Street, which is loaded with fantastic restaurants, bars, galleries, interesting shops...a real buzzing arty street. It is designated a village, and does have that feel - smack bang in the centre of London.

There's one other room, in which I live. I do a fair bit of travelling. I have a fairly busy schedule but equally I'll enjoy spending a bit of time with my flatmate whenever it's convenient- cooking, watching a movie, whatever. The flat has a large 3. 5 metre wide screen & projector- perfect for watching films.

The room is available from December 17th...possibly sooner depending on certain circumstances. I will be away from the 4th to the 15th so you would ideally need to see the room soon.
