London Bridge SE1, Double room (£595 pcm)

Hi there,

We are looking for a flatmate to share our simple but wonderful flat located near London Bridge.

The room:

* large, spacious and bright
* double bed
* furnished
* available 1 Feb'18
* minimum let of 12 months

The area:

* short walk to London Bridge station and Borough Market
* 5mins from Bermondsey Street, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and even a cinema

Bills are separate and approximately GBP 120 per person per month (utilities, cleaner, broadband, council tax etc)

We are a gal and guy in our 30s; easy going, considerate, and sociable looking for a friendly, easy-going, clean and tidy non-smoking flatmate. We have certainly left our party years behind, much preferring a fairly quiet week with the occasional chat and drinks over the weekend.
