Single room available in a three bedroom flat in the London Bridge/Borough area. Located in a fourth floor, the flat has a fairly big living room, kitchen, separated toilet and bathroom and a small but lovely balcony to enjoy those rare sunny days. To share with two other people, male and female. We are both Spanish but we are not necessarily looking for a Spanish speaker as we both speak English.
The room is £540 and bills are not included (council tax, internet, gas and electricity)
We are looking for a friendly professional in their late twenties, early thirties ideally. Someone clean, respectful but friendly and sociable.
