Double room available in 3 bed, 2nd floor, new build flat in Leathermarket Court just near Bermondsey St.

It's a great area, 7 min walk to London Bridge station, 3 min walk to Bermondsey St with lots of great bars and restaurants.

I'm being transferred to New York for work for 6 months so the room is only available for this time.

The flat is spacious - separate kitchen with dining table, lounge room and two bathrooms.

The room is a good size but not huge and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The flat is in a gated complex, has a shared garden and bike racks are available.

There is also a parking space attached to our flat and no one has a car so you are welcome to use it.

The advertised amount includes council tax (744 rent plus 58. 35 council tax).

Bills are 6 a month for internet, gas/elec is about 26 a month and we have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight 9 each.

There will also be some lease and admin fees relating to checks etc. I'm happy to spilt this fee with whoever moves in because I appreciate it's a short term let.

You will be sharing with two girls (one from India and one from France) who are both really easy going and great to live with.
