Description
Large double bedroom in a fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with secure parking situated moments from London Bridge mainline/underground stations, Guys Hospital and More London" with its pleasant riverside walks. WITHIN 5 MINUTES FROM LONDON BRIDGE STATION, SUPERB LOCATION
I am an undergrad from Canada studying pharmacology at King's and will be returning to London for my 3rd and final year. I would prefer to live with a fellow student BUT professionals are welcome too. Each of us will have our own private bathrooms, and a large living room/kitchen to share. I am currently scheduled to arrive back in London to start school on the 22nd, and I have been told by the letting agency that the move-in date is the 24th, so I won't be in town until earliest the 22nd. Until then, it is best to reach me through the email messaging system as I don't have my UK number activated.
Also, the contract I signed is at MINIMUM for the whole academic year which will go till the end of June 2015. The tenancy can be extended then if needed.
This well presented apartment comprises entrance hall with airing/storage cupboard, pleasant double aspect reception/dining room with access to balcony, separate fully equipped fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and integrated appliances, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, double guest bedroom two and family bathroom suite. The apartment has the benefit of having lift access and is a gated development.
The cost of renting the entire flat was exactly £440/week, so I would expect to split the costs evenly. I haven't figured out the utility and internet bills yet as I'm not in town for another 2 weeks but it should only be around £10 more per week per person.
If you have any questions or simply would like to get in touch, I would be more than happy to help, just let me know!
