Looking for a couple to replace my current housemate in the larger room of our 2 bedroom flat.
The flat was completely renovated 18 months ago, so still feels brand new. Comes fully furnished with your very own boozer next door - The Lord Clyde (noise is not a problem at all, as its hidden off a side street, so is only frequented by our friendly locals)
Bedroom contains a queen size double bed, cupboard, 2x bedside tables, dresser with drawers and an ottoman. Lots of light with 2 windows (one with a view of the shard)
The area itself is brilliant! Walking distance to Borough Markets, Bermondsey Street and Southbank. Completely surrounded by cool little cafes, restaurants and bars. Very accessible to public transport. Borough and London Bridge are both within 5-10 mins, plus loads of busses run along the high street.
Ideally looking for flat mates who are easy going, respectful and down to earth.

Professional - work long hours during the week and like to chill on weekends
For fun - hang with friends, keep fit, go out to eat/drink, travel, music...
