We're two girls living in a quaint and clean flat in SE1. It is centrally located - 15 min walk to London Bridge Station - so you're right next to Borough Market and the South Bank and you'd have a chance to enjoy lots of different parts of London.

Looking for somebody who enjoys communal living and wants to contribute to a nice and friendly environment. This is not a party flat but we encourage an open atmosphere and friends are welcome.

Sasjkia, a futurist, loves cycling and hiking, the lovely community feel of the Borough, and the Roebuck pub down the road. Saloni, from Germany, is about to start her master's in International Relations at the LSE. She's a foodie and is looking forward to exploring London. She enjoys to socialise, cook, go to pubs, watch tv shows and movies and travel. It would be particularly good to meet open-minded people with a broad range of interests.

The room is good-sized with a big window, and fully furnished. The flat is basic but fully functional with all you would expect (truly unlimited wi-fi, washing machine, central heating, fully stocked and furnished rooms, no TV), and we're hoping to have little additions to make it even nicer as we go along. We're recently bought a Bougainvillea from Columbia Road flower market, which we're trying to grow up the living room window. We've named her Christina Aguilera because she is a fighter.

We like to keep things homely and running smoothly by sharing evenly all cleaning, bills, and groceries. Rent is £606 and includes council tax. The rest of the bills (including all food, detergent, etc) usually work out to about £100-£150 per month each, depending on time of year. So that works out to £706-£756 per month after bills and food. This creates a nice family home feel, so would work for somebody who is considerate and accommodating.
