Brand new bathroom, however it is shared and ideally looking for a night showerer as I’m a morning showerer (not essential though!).

Brand new 65 inch 4K TV with high quality sound system.
I’m very very clean and would ideally like to live with someone similar.
I’m also vegetarian and would like to live with a veggie or vegan.
We have a private 2000 sqft roof garden and very large green house!
Also lots of house plants!
Have a slight preference for females as they tend to be a little cleaner/tidier and also better with the many houseplants there are but please still apply if you’re male.
