Two bathrooms (2 toilets and one shower/bath combo and one other shower) and a fully equipped kitchen (flat screen TV, dining table, hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and fully stocked with cutlery and cooking utensils).

The contract and payments would be with the landlord and not a sublet.
