Double bedroom for short term let in friendly flat

Hey I'm looking for a female flatmate for a short term let in my 2 bedroom 2 storey flat.

I've lived here for a year and love the location and space - the landlord is really helpful and available too.

Flat:
Spacious, bright, and has a good-size living/dining room with separate kitchen. The available bedroom has a deep inbuilt wardrobe/cupboard plus desk and chest of drawers. There is a balcony, kitchen, bathroom (just shower - no bath), and bicycle sheds available too. Very quiet, no noisy neighbours. Bills are included.

Area:
5 mins walk from Bermondsey Street (lots of bars and restaurants) and around 15 minutes walk to London Bridge tube. The apartment block is peaceful and pleasant..

Me:
I'm 29 and work for a humanitarian organisation - hybrid between the office and home. I'm easygoing, clean and tidy! Looking for another friendly female to live with :)
