The room has been recently renovated and all the furniture and mattress are brand new.

This is a clean, respectful home and we’re looking for someone who is the same.
We don’t have rules, but we don't forget about respect.

We’d love to live with someone sociable and friendly who also appreciates their own space. We’re all professionals with full-time jobs, so we don’t cross paths much during the week, it’s a calm and peaceful house.
