I hope that you have a great day today! Can you kindly read the description before approaching to me?

I have a room available in my 2 bedroom flat. The room has included a day bed that can be flexible as a sofa, single bed or double bed with 2 drawers. This room is included all bills such as business broad band ( never have any issue in an online meeting), electricity, virgin pure drinking water, security system and water. There is also a wall-desk with shelves that can save a lot of space for other activities such as yoga if you would like to have yoga in your room. I am now waiting for the start of semester for a master at UCL in Sep while starting up a data analysis consultanting company from 0. Hence living space is not shared that I will sleep, study and work in the living space. Since I just bought this flat in Jan 2023, all furniture is still quite new. Due to high humidity in this area, I provide a dehumidifier to be used, and I will conduct an inspection to check the room condition monthly that I will inform of the date in advance before an inspection.

On the other hand, this flat is very close to London city airport within 5 minute walking distance. The DLR will take you to canning town for 7 minutes and canary wharf for 15 minutes ( transfer to jubilee line at canning town). It is also nearby university of East London and Queen Mary university of London. There are also 2 bus routes 474 and 473 in the head of street within 5 minute walking.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy and mature female full-time professional or graduate student who can sign a lodger agreement every 6 months or 1 year.
