Hi,

I am a friendly and sociable professional, who also like some me-time in my room. Always up for a chat (I can talk about anything!) and to share a glass of wine. I like concerts, going about town, etc.
I work as a Studio Manager for a design agency, I go to the studio 4x a week.

I partly own the flat but living with me is like having a regular flatmate (who just sorts out everything).

I am 43 but very young at heart, and live like a 30-something.
I love nature, arts, cinema, meeting new people. Small gatherings (Covid etc permitting) are welcome. But no parties, please.

I am looking to live with someone who has a similar routine than mine, so not working from home more than 1x or 2x a week maximum, please.

The flat is pretty new, and very well-looked after. It has two double rooms (one is mine), a modern and spacious bathroom (with a power shower) and a large open plan kitchen and living room.
Your room comes with a double bed, with has loads of storing space underneath, and a memory foam mattress.

The kitchen has gas hobs and an electric oven, a food processor, a blender, lots of pots and pans. No microwave.

The flat is is on the ground floor but very quiet due to good insulation - warm in the winter and chilled in the summer :)

The water in the flat goes through a top-notch water-softer, so no limescale!

Internet is included on bills and it is super fast (fibre optic).

We are equally distant to Mile End (two stops from Liverpool St), Stepney Green and Limehouse stations.
Few blocks from Queen Mary University.
