Ideally someone who doesn't get super early e. g. for early shifts, and is very considerate about noise if coming in late at night.

Your bedroom has large wardrobe space, a cabinet and two wall bookcase. There is also a desk should you want it. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-in shower and toilet and there's a shared bathroom with a bath tub too.

The complex is really safe, has a huge central communal garden and a large gated area with bike racks and parking as well as benches looking out onto the canal.

Living room has a widescreen smart TV and upright piano (against the wall), fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee machine, stovetop coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toastie maker, steamer, boiled egg maker. Big new smart fridge and loads of cupboard and draw space.

Your housemate is a media professional in 30s, very sociable, creative and into films, day trips, running, cycling, London culture and art! Healthy lifestyle (mostly veggie) and can be found doing parkrun/races on the weekend and training a couple of times during the week. She's a light sleeper so would prefer someone who doesn't play loud music into the night and has a similar sustainable, healthy or active lifestyle.
