Master bedroom available now to move-in. I am looking for a new tenant to join in with two flat mate, in a professional flat. I am looking for someone who is not too messy/noisy.

The room is furnished (e. g. bed/drawers/sofa included). The Weekly rent price includes all bills. No agency involved, all via private landlord, which is my self.

The flat is based in Whitechapel (near the Royal London Hospital) and is only a few minutes' walk away from Whitechapel station. Bethnal Green and Shadwell stations are also nearby. There is a large Sainsbury's within 5 mins walking distance and lots of other amenities. Within 20 minutes you can walk to the Spitalfields / Shoreditch/City Of London area.

There is no living room in the flat but the rooms are very spacious so that really makes up for it!
Shared bathroom, lavatory and the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with everyday appliances (e. g. freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster).
