I’m looking for a professional to take over my housemate’s en-suite room in a bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment overlooking Regent’s Canal in Limehouse. It’s a peaceful, well-maintained flat with excellent transport links, plenty of green space nearby, and lots of natural light.
The Room
A generously sized, fully furnished double room with a lovely view of Regent’s Canal.
Available Monday to Friday, or full-time for a professional whose role is mainly office-based (hybrid is absolutely fine).
Rent options:
£1,050 pcm – full-time let (all inclusive except electricity/heating, approx. £50 pp per month)
£700–£900 pcm – Monday–Friday let (bills included)

About Me & Who I’m Looking For
I’m a Financial Accountant working for a property investment and management company. I work hybrid — in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from home on other weekdays (I have a desk in my bedroom).
Outside of work, I enjoy European and independent films rather than blockbusters, theatre, and the occasional drama class. I read a mix of non-fiction and contemporary novels, and I’m currently spending a lot of my free time polishing my novel, attending Spanish classes, and going to the gym (mostly to keep a slightly wonky knee happy).
I’ve created a warm, calm home and would love to share it with someone I genuinely get along with — someone professional, respectful, and independent, who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere. I’m happy to share the occasional dinner or glass of wine, but I also value personal space and an independent lifestyle.
