I’m looking for a professional to take over my housemate’s en-suite room in a bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment overlooking Regent’s Canal in Limehouse. The flat is ideally situated for those who enjoy a peaceful setting with excellent transport links and plenty of green space nearby.

The Room

A generously sized, fully furnished double room with a beautiful view of Regent’s Canal.
Available Monday to Friday only, or full-time for a professional working in the office.

Rent options:

£1,050 per month – for a full-time professional (working in the office)

£800–£900 per month – for Monday–Friday lets

About Me

I’m a Financial Accountant working for a property investment and management company. I work hybrid: in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from home (in my bedroom) on other weekdays.
I’m ideally looking for someone who works in the office Monday to Friday and is away at weekends.

Outside work, I enjoy learning Spanish, reading (fiction and non-fiction), going to the gym, taking calisthenics classes, and watching the occasional film.
