2 large bedrooms available in same flat!

Hey future tenant!
There are two rooms available in a 3 bedroom flat. Please drop me a message and I can send more pictures/videos.
The rooms are bright and spacious and comes with shelving, a desk and chair, built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bed with pull out storage drawers underneath!

Bills come out roughly as £20 extra a month (wifi, water, gas and electricity), depending on usage. There is no living room in the flat.

Tenants:
One of the room is occupied by a long term female tenant who is a mature student in her 20s. She’s really friendly and clean.
The preference would be for female tenants.

Contract:
The contract for both the rooms
starts on the 1st September and will be for a fixed term contract for a year.

Shopping 🛍 - 5 minutes walk
🚊 Shadwell, Whitechapel and Aldgate East - 8 minutes walk
Gym - 10 minutes walk
Royal London 🏥 - 5 minutes walk
Queen Mary university- 5 minute walk
Groceries - 5 mins (Iceland, Tesco and Sainsbury!)
Liverpool Street and shoreditch are around 20 minutes walk!

Neighbourhood:
The area is safe, there’s CCTV camera and a modern lift in the building. There are a lot of green spaces near the flat which are nice to relax in. There is also a double gated bike shed. You can also apply for a parking permit with this flat! The road is one way in a residential area so you barely hear any noises from the street!
