Bills come out roughly as £50 extra a month (wifi, water, gas and electricity), depending on usage. There is no living room in the flat.

Tenants:
The preference would be for all female tenants either professionals/students.

Contract:
The contract will be for a fixed term contract for a year. No couples.

The area is safe, there’s CCTV camera and a modern lift in the building. There are a lot of green spaces near the flat which are nice to relax in. There is also a double gated bike shed. You can also apply for a parking permit with this flat! The road is one way in a residential area so you barely hear any noises from the street!
