The features
It’s a 4 bedroom terrace with a modern interior. 2 storeys are for the house use and the 3rd floor/room is a storage unit for the landlord.
Each room has an ensuite and there is a communal toilet downstairs.
The kitchen/ lounge space is a combined effort at the back of the house.
A good sized courtyard separates the house from the garage.
There are outdoor bike racks and space inside the garage for bikes too.
The neighbours are lovely.
