This room is available to rent 4 nights a week Monday to Friday from September 2024.

Everything is included; cleaner, bills, bed linen, towels, kitty, washing etc. Everything is covered.

Fully furnished double bedroom with wardrobe and desk for home working. Secure video and fob entry with stairs and lift to first floor.

There is a new fitted open plan kitchen which you have full access to, including all utensils and storage spaces provided for you in the bathroom and kitchen.

A bright and airy living area has access to the private balcony. Even though the flat is centrally located it is very quiet and there is space to store a bike in the hallway if required.

8 mins walk to Brick Lane & 15 mins Liverpool Street and the City of London.
6 mins walk to Aldgate East Station (Hammersmith & City/District Line), Shadwell Station (Overland/DLR station) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line, District Line, Hammersmith & District Line and Overland). If you cycle you can reach Canary Wharf or Central London in 15 - 20 minutes on the cycle superhighway.
About me:
I work as a Deputy Headteacher in a secondary school. I leave the flat before 7.30am and not home until after 7 or 8pm in the evening and away most school holidays.

I’m a 48 year old Irish single gay man who is laid back and very easy going. I go about my business and absolutely respect the privacy of others.
I don’t mind if you need to stay the odd weekend, just as long as it’s not a regular thing. This is all laid out in the rental agreement which protects both parties. I have over 16 years of happy lodgers and hope to maintain this record.

Full time rental rates is £1000 per month. I do enjoy having the flat to myself after a long and stressful week, but I have shared it full time as previous lodgers were away a lot of weekends.
