X'mas room with own-bathroom all bills included

Double room with your own bathroom a, all bills included and wall mount TV in the room. Short let only please for less than 2 months. Please state your duration and month you are thinking of.

- Minimum stay 2 weeks (at £250 per week if less than a month, and £850 a month if staying more than a month, maximum stay 2 months.

- All bills included (water, fibre optic WIFI, gas, electricity, council tax, TV license)

- 8 min walk to Aldgate East, Tower Hill station
- 5 min walk to Tower Bridge
- 15min walk to Liverpool Street station
- bus available to Trafalgar Square from Tower Bridge, about a 15-20 min journey

- It is a duplex flat with 2 floors so my room and bathroom will be upstairs and we each get our own floor almost to enhance privacy

- There is a four-year old shiba inu in the house so please only consider if you dont mind living with a medium-sized dog.

- No couples please as the room is small (hence also maximum 2 months)
