The flat is situated on the 6th floor (no lift) and has excellent views of East and West London (Canary Wharf and the City!). It is built in an old school building, and from the outside has beautiful foliage. The property allows in plenty of natural light.

Roof Terrace - The flat also comes with access to a communal roof terrace which can be used all year round (in summer for BBQs!) with incredible views over London, also situated on the 7th floor.

Transport - there are excellent transport links, being less than 5min walk to Shadwell station (Overground and DLR) which gets you to Bank in less than 5mins!

Our perfect flatmate is someone who values a tidy, organized space and takes pride in keeping things clean. They’re easygoing and open-minded, making them comfortable in an inclusive and welcoming environment. They enjoy a good balance of personal time and social moments, whether it's sharing stories over a glass of wine, joining us for a homemade meal or a spontaneous movie night. We’re looking for someone who feels just as at home as we do in this relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
