Double room with bathroom in Whitechapel/Stepney

I’m looking for a flatmate to rent a room from 12 July in my bright and modern two bedroom flat. I’m open to short term lets as well as rentals up to a maximum of 8 months.

I’m looking to live with a professional who usually goes into work in the office rather than at home.

I keep the flat immaculate and so would like to live with someone who is also very tidy and considerate.

The room has its own bathroom (not connected to the bedroom, but I have an en-suite with my room so this bathroom would be yours) and is fully furnished with a double bed, desk & office chair, hanging wardrobe (not photographed) and chest of drawers (not photographed).

Bills are not included.

The flat has a very large open plan living, dining and kitchen area and wrap-around terrace with views of Canary Wharf.

The flat is really well connected:
- 5m walk from Stepney Green tube station (District & Hammersmith lines)
- 8m walk from Whitechapel tube station (Elizabeth & District lines & Overground)
- 12m walk from Bethnal Green (Central Line)
- 25m walk to Liverpool Street/Shoreditch
- Short commute to Canary Wharf
- 2m from a bus stop

About me:
I’m currently finishing my studies to become a corporate lawyer before starting work at a US city law firm in August. I expect to be working long hours (although WFH on Mondays and Fridays) and also socialise a lot on weekends so will be out of the flat quite a bit!
