Double room with Private Bathroom

Good size double room. There is a private bathroom (not ensuite). The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room. It is in a newly built building, so everything is new ;)
The room also has access to a massive balcony that looks over train tracks and has a lovely view of the Canary Warf.
The bedroom comes furnished. There is a bed, wardrobe and a desk. The bed has an underneath storage.

I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful, who will take care of it.
Most bills are included in the rent (water, electricity, council tax). The heating is paid separately, as it is a pay-as-you-go system. Normally it comes under £50 a month in winter. For simplicity of it, a third of the monthly bill will be added to the rent.

If you have pets, let me know, I may be able to accommodate them.

The flat is perfectly located: about 3 mins walk from Limehouse station. So you can be in Canary Warf in less than 10 mins, in Bank in less than 10 mins and pretty much anywhere in central London in under 30. There is also a bus stop (with night busses) one minute walk. And Whitechapel and Algate East stations about 20 mins walk or a short bus ride.

The area is really great. With shops and plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Take a walk along the canal to Mile End park and Victoria Park. Or a walk along the river towards Canary Ward (~20 mins) or Tower Bridge (~30 mins).

A little about me: I work in marketing, mainly working from home. I'm social and friendly, but also very respectful. In my spare time i like to hang out with friends, go to museums or cinema and dance.
