We have 3 rooms available in our Stepney Green four bed flat share available from the 4th of September, as all of my flatmates are leaving.

The contract is for 12 months and we got the slight discount from our agent.^^

All rooms are bright and spacious!

Located 7mins walk from Stepney Green tube station (District, Hammersmith & City lines).

Big ASDA on the way from station, big Sainsburys on the way to Whitechapel station.

No living room, but very spacious kitchen with all the amenities and seating.

Bathroom and separate toilet upstairs.

£705 deposit to secure the room, protected under DPS.

Rent:
Room 1 (smallest): £690 pcm
Room 2 (middle): £700 pcm
Room 3 (bigger): £710 pcm

On top of that there is Council Tax, around £1150 for whole year, divided by the 4 of us.

Bills: whole flat is electric only - £35 in the summer, but will have to expect more in winter due to electric heating.

At the moment we share internet, but we will have to sign a new contract as the current flatmate moves out.

Would suit anyone clean and considerate of others, but the agency requires a guarantor for students & part-time workers.
