Double bed in Spitalfields

My flatmate is leaving our central two double bedroom flat and I’m looking for a new person.

The flat:
Perfectly located between Liverpool St Station (7 mins walk) - Spitalfields Market (5 mins walk) - Aldgate, it’s a two double bedroom flat, fully furnished, in a building with a large yard and populated mostly by young professionals. We have separate kitchen and dining room, and bathroom.

The room:
Spacious room with double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Lots of light (three windows).

Me:
I work in business consulting and do creative stuff on the side. Sociable but also enjoy my own downtime.

The ideal flatmate:
Looking for a professional (late 20s mid30s), friendly, sociable, clean (!) who treats the flat like a home.

The deal:
You should be willing to sign a yearly contract starting 23rd of Nov - provided you’re successful at the reference game (agency will run thorough checks). Agency people are great and we have had a top service these past 5 years.

💷 Rent is paid on the 23rd of each month (although we pay it on the 22nd to avoid transfer delays).
The protected deposit is roughly 5 weeks rent worth and you will have to transfer it to the current flatmate as you’ll get hers which is in the government protected scheme.

💡We each pay around £150 (bit less in summer, bit more in winter) for bills which include: council tax, energy, internet and water bills. We also split every household purchase (kitchen, bathroom cleaning items and the likes).

If your idea of flat sharing is staying in your room all the time and not helping in keeping the flat clean and buying supplies, then I’m afraid this is not the right place for you.
