The room is bright and spacious and comes with shelving, a desk and chair, built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed with plenty of storage space.

Bills are not included and come out roughly as £25 extra a month (wifi, water, gas and electricity), depending on usage. There is no shared living room in the flat.

I’ve been living in this flat for over a year and the area is safe, there’s CCTV camera and a modern lift in the building. There are a lot of green spaces near the flat which are nice to relax in. There is also a double gated bike shed. You can also apply for a parking permit with this flat! The road is one way in a residential area so you barely hear any noises from the street.
