You will be taking over the contract from the previous tenant until 13th September 2027, your name will be signed on the contract and this can then be extended for another year afterwards. Deposit is 5 weeks rent, ~£1,035.
The room:
The room is a spacious double bedroom in a 4-bedroom flatshare. The room has a large window with plenty of natural light. All furniture apart from the bookshelf and 2 small bedside tables are staying in the room.

The flat:
The flat has a shared living-room/dining space also with views over the city, a kitchen, and a separate toilet & shower. There is storage space on large shelves outside of the room and a cupboard in the living room.

Cost:
Rent is currently £837.60pcm. We expect the landlord to raise this closer to £900 with the next contract and should have this confirmed soon. Bills are ~£80pcm, which includes WiFi, Council Tax, water and Gas&Electricity.

Close-by:
The flat is just around the corner from Bethnal Green overground & 5-10mins from Bethnal Green underground and Whitechapel station.

It is also 5-10mins from the large sainsburys in Whitechapel and the large Tesco on Bethnal Green road. 2 green parks are also 5-10 mins away with basketball & tennis courts, with Mile End Park also being a 15 minute cycle and Victoria Park a 20 min cycle.

Flatmates:
There are currently 1 male and 1 female with 2 rooms going (this ad is only for 1).

We all very much live quite independently, but occasionally chat in communal spaces.
